داستان بیمارستان وقفیِ خواهرزاده ناصرالدین شاه
وقتی به شلوغی‌های میدان بهارستان می‌رسیم پس از ساختمان قدیمی و فعلی مجلس، اولین مکان شاخصی که توجه را به خود جلب می‌کند، یک بیمارستان قدیمی است؛ محلی که شاید تصورش هم سخت باشد در کمتر از ۲۰۰ سال قبل با عنوان باغ "سردار" شناخته می‌شده است ...

<p style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 15px; font-family: IRAN, verdana, tahoma; white-space: normal; word-spacing: 0px; text-transform: none; font-weight: 400; color: rgb(0,0,0); font-style: normal; text-align: justify; orphans: 2; widows: 2; margin: 0px 0px 12px; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: 1.6em; background-color: rgb(255,255,255); text-indent: 0px; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial">وقفی که البته مُعین شده بود تا واقف تا زمانی که در قید حیات است بتواند سهمی از آن داشته باشد؛ از این رو در دوره پانزدهم مجلس شورای ملی به وزارت بهداری وقت اجازه داده شد تا ماهانه پنج هزار ریال از اعتبار بودجه خود را برای زیور یحیاییان که یک قطعه زمین، چهار دستگاه عمارت و مقداری اثاثیه خود را برای ساخت بیمارستان وقف کرده بود به عنوان "حق‌التولیه" تا زمان حیات او پرداخت کنند. برای بعد از مرگ زیور یحیائیان هم مقرر شد تا فقط هزینه روشنایی، تعمیرات و نگهداری مزار خود و شوهرش در شهر ری تامین شود. وصیتی که البته به نظر می‌رسد مدتی به دست فراموشی سپرده شد تا در نهایت در اسفندماه ۱۴۰۱ مجددا مرمت و تعمیر مقبره این زوج در دستور کار قرار گرفت.</p>
